Welcoming this special girl into my life is one of the best things to ever happen, Azlan aka Azzy. Anthony surprised me with her for Christmas. She is now nine weeks old and since getting her at eight weeks she has already grown and changed so much! I am extremely attached and looking forward to having her in my life. By the way, she is a Pomapoo (Pomeranian/Poodle).

Sorry for the lagging on posts but im just about to finish up my semester (with straight A's) next week! So relieved, then I will have a lot to look forward to with work. Today I did some Christmas shopping with my mom and ran random errands. I am wearing a top by No Rest For Bridget, Divine Rights of Denim High Waisted Jeans, Rider Boots by Forever 21, Watch by Guess and other accessories by Kinzington & Theory.

So I am the queen of snacking, I'm sure one of many, so I wanted to share one of my favorite healthy and yummy creations with my other snack queen all over the interweb. Here we go!

Tuna Lettuce Wrap + Almond Salade

Ingredients:
1 can of Tuna + Mayo, Relish, Pepper.
1 head of Lettuce
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 bag of fresh mixed greens
1 bag of dry roasted almonds
1 tomato
Honey Sweet Dressing

Open your can of lettuce, mix with one teaspoon of Mayo, one teaspoon of Relish and a few dashes of pepper (taste to your liking). Wash your head of lettuce and tear off leaf and line with a few slices of Oven Rosted Turkey Breast, add a favor amount of Tuna Mix. Dice Tomato and put on plate or add to your Wrap. For Salade, empty handful of mixed greens and a few dried almonds together, throw your choice of dressing or my favorite Honey Sweet to the mix! Easy Peasy!

It is so crazy how smells, locations, clothes and especially music can mark distinct times in your life. It is even more unbelievable how fast those times go by, almost five years ago I met this boy and forced him to put this song on his 'Myspace', a portal to this little social box most kids lived in outside of School, Sports, Family and Weekend Activities, but most important, a portal to where individuals expressed themselves. I distinctively remember the dozens of times it would play out of my computer speakers when I visited his profile, I am dying inside of how funny that is. Not to long ago I wore a feather piece from one of my dance costumes over a Little Black Dress for a Rag Reveil Interview and while online shopping last night I came across the same look on Nasty Gal. I am feeling pretty confident in my good eye. By the way, How Gorgeous does Monika look modeling on the website? She is one of my favorite girls especially on the Forever 21 website! Go Moni!

Playing with my favorite sweater, a sweater that is not only the softest knit but includes two of my favorite colors, black and brown! I absolutely love playing around with cute and cozy ways to wear it around, it goes great with shorts, leggings, denim, skirts, well pretty much everything. It mixes and matches with all fall color trend nail polishes, scarfs and blazers. What is one of your favorite fall pieces? I also had an unexpected lunch date today that marked an exciting and important life happening, can't wait to tell you more! Happy Halloween by the way, Muahahahaha.

Whats so great about California in the Fall? We get the best of both worlds, a nice crisp October but not freezing enough to the point where you can't wear dresses. I am obsessed with my new ADRI dress, sheer lightweight goodness with a killer tail end. Something else I have been obsessing over...Boots Skin Tonic! I apply it to my face after cleansing every morning and every night before moisturizing, It takes away excess makeup, cleanser and natural oils while leaving the most refreshing feeling. I also recently purchased the cleansing Milk but have yet to try it. What are your favorite skin products? Please leave a comment below I always appreciate new suggestions.

These are some of my favorite photos from the WORLD CLASS YOUTH Fashion Show at the Red Light on Traffic Event. WORLD CLASS YOUTH Featured latest Designs by Lisa Michelle and Daisy Gonzalez and we were made up of a huge staff of amazing Photographers, Hair Dressers, Makeup Artists, Models, Dressers, and of course the Production and PR Crew. I am in the first photo with the Models Photo Opp in the Brown Bell Bottoms. Concluding the event, Kids Who Draw, Stop Child Trafficking and World Class Youth raised close to $1,000, all proceeds go towards the fight against Child Trafficking! After long weeks of preparation and a killer show, that was way worth the hard work!

On Friday Night Myself and half of the WORLD CLASS YOUTH crew went out to celebrate the success of our last production. We talked Business, Fashion, PR and went ga ga over the gorgeous meal and a surprise champagne toast and on the house desert. At this point I could honestly say I live close to a perfect life thanks to all the amazing people in it. The above photo is of me and my right hand Andrea, she helps me run World Class Youth and takes care of most of the things that I can't, I don't know what i would do without her!

My friend Chelsea was telling me about this killer store Brandy Melville and how they have a "one size fits most" policy and being the small person that I am, I just had to check it out for myself. Of course, I fell in love with their simplistic yet fun pieces and most of all the fabrics used on the garments! I ended up walking out with a few amazing things which i can't wait to show you. I highly recommend this store, their prices are extremely reasonable and the atmosphere is incredibly unique with the most adorable decor. It's so much fun, my favorite part is the walls are covered in polaroid photos of the employees and customers as well as magazine tears and artwork. Always paying attention to minor details I almost died over the fabric covered wire hangers. Have you ever been to Brandy Melville?

I always look forward to Sundays, I wake up to go out for a nice breakfast, get my dose of Inspiration and Learnings at Church and try going on new adventures or shopping around my favorite local spots! Today my Boyfriend and I lounged around 4th Street in Long Beach, I can not get enough of the many Vintage and Unique Boutiques but especially go gaga over the furniture shops and fulfilling my obsession with home decor.

Reading is something I just can not get enough of, so far my bookshelves are filled up like this and I have a few great miscellaneous items for shelf fillers but I took a lot of inspiration from this one. What are some of your obsessions?

A Not So Simple Introduction

Hello Bloggers! Just a quick introduction on my new blog, I am extremely excited to be here, back in action! I have moved to Blogger from Tumblr and you can read all of my past posts from the year on it. I feel that Blogger might be a little better with being able to get on a personal level with my readers.

A little bit about myself: Analyssa Benedict, I just turned Twenty-Two years old on August 31st. I would like to find a happy medium with Lifestyle Blogging mixed with some Fashion and Inspiration. I have been working in the Fashion Industry since I was very young and there is an entire story on its own on how I even got in it in the first place. After I realized how much I enjoyed the Industry I attended a Trade School while I was still in High School to earn two Certifications, Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing. Before I even graduated High School I was working in a Showroom at the California Market Center as well as working backstage with the Beverly Hills Style Firm at various Fashion Shows for Teen Vogue, Macys etc.

Immediately after turning Nineteen years old (2009) I had a huge craving to do something other than just work and go to school, I wanted to take advantage of my ambition, drive and networks to create an outlet where I could surround myself with young individuals who also wanted a break-through in the Fashion World. So that's when WORLD CLASS YOUTH was born, a small Fashion Production Company that focused on producing small and large scale projects that would bring Talented Young Professionals together to expose their work and overall, do what they love to gain experience. I, of course, had no idea what to expect and sometimes I had no idea what I was doing. I had never owned my own business but that did not stop me from trying to create the vision I had and my love for Management/Project Organization. Soon enough, literally weeks later, it was blowing up, we were Producing Photoshoots, Model Castings, Getting Interviews and had our debut at the 2009 Box Eight-Gen Art Fashion Week with our very own Runway Segment. Almost three years later I am extremely privileged and honored to say that WORLD CLASS YOUTH is still going strong. I have been able to keep things alive all while going to School AND working full time. At the end of the day WORLD CLASS YOUTH is still my baby and I treasure it with all of my heart, for the impact it's made on people and our communities, the team and crew who make up WORLD CLASS YOUTH are what make every single thing possible.

A little bit about work and school: I am a full-time student majoring in Business Management with and Emphasis in Business Law, I am absolutely obsessed with school, learning and gaining knowledge for me is like soaking up the sun on a perfect spring day. Working and getting my hands on in the Industry has also opened up huge doors for me, as I now work in Corporate for a very special Retailer that is taking over the world, the name I will not disclose to keep you in wonder! I LOVE my job, and being a part-time Entrepreneur. (I also coach Dance and Cheer for the LBUSD on the Side).

A little bit about my personal style: I am not a stylist, but, I love clothes just like majority of girls in this world. I get ecstatic off simplistic pieces as well as neutral colors and earthy tones. I do not have a thing against bright colors or patterns but I tend to stray away from them, most items of clothing like that are just not my taste. If im shopping, and I see something that I Love, I will get it. Gold Jewelry, Nail Polish and Black Clothing is what I can not live without! Thank you so much if you sat through and read this entire thing because I am so excited about what's next, especially making Blogger my new home. Because today is the first day of my favorite month of the year I wanted to publish my first post, but there is still some maintenance to be done on this blog as far as descriptions, my profile, twitter links, etc.
